The Spoons Luxury Self Catering will open on the 14th April 2017. We are currently refurbishing the house and so do not have images of the interiors yet but please rest assured that the interior will be as lovely and of the same high quality as The Spoons Bed & Breakfast was. We have chosen Skye Weavers, Liberty and Johnston’s of Elgin fabrics for soft furnishings and upholstery.

The accommodation will consist of – Downstairs; a large open plan living, dining and kitchen with cosy green enamel wood burning stove and log supply. Porch/utility room with washer/dryer and wc. Upstairs; a large bedroom with super kingsize bed and sitting area with TV and DVD library. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk in shower, separate bath tub and double wash hand basins.  There is complimentary WiFi and a landline telephone for local calls.

Included in the cost is bed linen and towels, bath robes and lovely Purdies of Argyll toiletries. On arrival, there will be a light supper of Simon’s Pies from the Skye Pie Cafe, lovely local salad, a bottle of wine and delicious local produce for breakfasts. We will also include cupboard basics –  our own eggs, tea, coffee, milk, butter, Isle of Skye Baking Company bread, Spoons honey, home made jam, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil etc so that you can settle in before you venture out to explore!
We want you to enjoy the freedom of self catering without having to think of buying everything you need before you arrive.

2017 Tariff  – 14th April 2017 to 3rd November 2017

3 night weekend stay – arrival Friday, departure Monday – £550.00

4 night midweek stay – arrival Monday, departure Friday – £600.00

7 night week stay – arrival Friday, departure Friday – £950.00

To confirm a booking we will require a £150.00 deposit payable by BACS transfer or PayPal. The balance of the stay is payable 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.

2017/2018 Winter Tariff – 3rd November 2017 – 2nd March 2018

3 night weekend stay – £440.00

4 night midweek stay – £480.00

7 night week stay -£760.00

Christmas & New Year – 7 night stay only

Arrive: 22nd December – Depart: 29th December 2017 – £1,050.00

Arrive: 29th December 2017 – Depart: 5th January 2018 – £1,050.00

To confirm a booking we will require a deposit of £250.00, payable by BACS transfer or PayPal. The balance of the stay is payable 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason, you need to cancel your reservation then you should contact us as soon as possible and confirm your cancellation in writing. We will make every effort to market the available space to enable us to provide you with a full refund and the sooner you inform us of a cancellation, the more chances that we can fill the vacancy. If we are unable to fill the vacancy, costs will be incurred as follows:
• Cancellation given up to 8 weeks before booking commences: Loss of deposit
• Cancellation less than 8 weeks before booking commences: Loss of full rental & deposit. We would strongly recommend that clients take out full holiday insurance to protect against this possible loss of deposit/rental.

The Spoons Luxury Self Catering is strictly for a maximum of 2 guests and is not suitable for children under the age of 14 years old. The Spoons is  a non smoking establishment and  we regret we cannot accommodate any pets of any age, with the exception of assistance dogs.

We regret we do not accept bookings of less than 3 nights and we have fixed changeover days of Mondays and Fridays. 

Check-in is from 4pm onwards & Check-out is by 10am on day of departure. Please do let us know if you plan to arrive after 6pm on day of arrival so that we can be here to welcome you.
